The new Nissan Patrol wins the Autofocus People's Choice Awards for Luxury SUV/Crossover of the Year for 2022-2023

Manila, Philippines – As a fitting cap to Nissan Philippines' milestones for 2022, three nameplates from the brand received four awards from 2022-2023 Auto Focus People's & Media's Choice Awards last December 15,2022. It is an annual award-giving ceremony organized by Sunshine Television and Marketing Services,Inc. (STV).

The new Nissan Patrol was recently awarded the 2022-2023 Autofocus People's Choice awards for Luxury SUV/Crossover of the Year while the Nissan GT-R, Almera, and Patrol bag the 2022-2023 Autofocus Media's Choice Awards for Best Engine Performance in a Luxury Sports Car, Best Value for Money in a Subcompact Sedan, and Best Luxury Large SUV respectively.

Launched in 2021, the refreshed Nissan Patrol showcases the brand's 70-year SUV heritage, combining its renowned 4x4 performance with a sleeker look and the latest suite of Nissan Intelligent Mobility features. The all-new Almera, launched also in 2021, is Nissan's take on the modern and capable subcompact sedan featuring a more dynamic styling, exciting turbo engine performance, and advanced driving technologies.

Since its debut in 2009, the Nissan GT-R continues to excite both car enthusiasts and collectors alike with its iconic V6 engine, unmistakable design, and track-ready handling and performance.

Established by Sunshine Television in 2005, the Autofocus People's Choice Awards is an annual public poll that aims to determine the country's most popular automobile brands and models over 12 standard and 10 luxury categories.
