Backed by Nissan's 80-year legacy in pick-up truck experience and leadership, Nissan is excited to provide the Philippine Market with the much-anticipated truck. The 12th generation Navara is now packaged with a tougher body and smarter features.
Antonio Zara, NPI President and Managing Director, during his speech at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, is confident that the All-New NP300 Navara will be a key player that will challenge the segment.

TOUGHNESS
The Nissan design team focused on delivering a sportier exterior design, while maintaining Nissan's distinctive design DNA. With a modern yet tough design, the All-new NP300 Navara introduces itself with distinct signature features like the boomerang-shaped LED Daytime Running Headlamps which is first in its class.
The "V-motion" motif that flows from the grille and into the hood extending through the front fender gives a smooth and dynamic character line that definitely demands attention.
Along its sides run a smooth silhouette of a high beltline and blacked B-Pillar accentuating its prominent stance. The doors on the other hand have dynamic convex and concave surfaces coupled with the rear spoiler for enhanced aerodynamics, the All-New NP300 Navara exudes a bold and robust look in any angle.
The All-New NP300 Navara's tough design is not only for aesthetics. This pick-up has been designed and developed to easily handle heavy loads making this truck a perfect fit for active entrepreneurs. To prove its claim to be one of the toughest pick-ups on the road, underneath the NP300 Navara is a full-length, fully boxed ladder rame which adds torsional stiffness that enhances the truck's durability.
Its tough chassis coupled with the Rigid 5-Link Coil Suspension armed with stabilizer bars to ensure a smooth, effortless and truly comfortable drive even in the most unforgiving terrain. In addition to the improvements, the All-New NP300 has a reduced turning radius that highlights the importance of agility and maneuverability of an SUV in both off-road and city driving.
Adding to its overall tough performance is its new generation powertrain, the 2.5-liter DOHC in-line 4-cylinder Variable Geometry System (VGS) diesel engine, brings out a beast of power having the highest power output per displacement in its segment, not to mention best in class fuel efficiency and emission ratings.
Its 4x4 variant boasts of 190ps power and 450Nm torque, while the 4x2 variant punches in 163ps power and 403Nm torque.
SMART
Life on board in the All-New NP300 Navara is both comfortable and convenient having a premium interior finish equipped with innovative features that raise the benchmark in the pick-up segment.
Inside the vehicle, the dashboard has been styled to feature a gentle sweep from the center panel to the door side with 3-dimensional rich sections offering a feeling of spaciousness. The dashboard is furnished with convenient and functional trays that serve as storage spaces for personal belongings and electronic devices.
In its smart cockpit is the Instrument Cluster Panel that displays easy-to-read vehicle information without losing focus on driving thanks to the Fine vision technology.
On to its feature-packed steering wheel, exciting convenient features like Audio controls, Bluetooth connectivity and Cruise Control can be operated with so much ease.
The Audio System also comes with 6-speaker, CD, MP3, iPod connectivity and also serves as a convenient visual monitor for the rear camera when backing up.
Revving up this smart pick-up truck is another first-in segment feature, like the 7-speed automatic sport transmission which provides for low fuel consumption at low speeds as well as better acceleration, expanded gear ratio for wider range of speeds, and smooth acceleration and shifting. The same transmission is also used in Nissan sport models like the 370Z sports coupe among others. On the other hand, the 6-speed manual transmission features enhanced fuel efficiency while its optimized shift stroke makes for quick and effortless gear changes.
Another first in its class feature is the Push Button Ignition that offers unparalleled convenience for on-the go entrepreneurs and thrill-seeking adventurers alike. Ensuring a comfortable ride out of town, the All-New NP300 Navara's NASA-inspired Zero Gravity Seats reduce fatigue during long drives by sufficiently distributing body pressure on seating surface.
Embodying Nissan's innovation in pick-up truck manufacturing, the All-New NP300 Navara's shift-on-the-fly 4x4 system can be engaged while the vehicle is in motion. Adding safety and security without sacrificing performance while on the road, the All-New NP300 Navara also includes the VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) system along with ABLS (Active Brake Limited Slip), HSA (Hill Start Assist) and HDC (Hill Descent Control) and Traction Control System.
