Manila, Philippines — Nissan Philippines announces the arrival of the Nissan Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and Nissan Primera EV in the country, taking two established Nissan nameplates into a new era of mobility ahead of their official launch on November 6.
Making their ASEAN premiere at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show in June, the two models now move closer to their market debut in the Philippines. Their arrival introduces new powertrain options for two established Nissan nameplates, each carrying its own legacy.
The Nissan Primera EV reintroduces a familiar nameplate after 18 years, now as a fully electric executive sedan. With its all-electric battery, contemporary design, and modern technology, it offers a new interpretation of the nameplate for today’s drivers.
Meanwhile, The Nissan Navara Pro PHEV builds on the toughness that has long defined the Navara nameplate while introducing plug-in hybrid technology. The new model combines the versatility of a pickup and 4x4 capability with an electrified powertrain, bringing a new way to take on different roads and demands.
“Innovation has always been part of Nissan’s story, shaping how we approach mobility across generations,” said Nissan Philippines President Yoshinori Kanazawa. “The Primera EV and Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid continue this heritage in the Philippine market, and we invite everyone to join us on November 6 as we officially launch both models.”
